We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we can help:

• Returns: Due to hygiene and safety, used/opened items cannot be returned. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

• Exchanges: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement.

• Non-Refundable: Items purchased during clearance, promotions, or with discount codes are final sale.
